Service Description
Hunter education extends beyond hunters, serving as a valuable program for outdoor enthusiasts with an interest in conservation. Classes offer hunters lessons in: safety legality responsibility ethical hunting conduct wildlife management and identification ethics laws and regulations firearms safety and handling ** To find a public class please visit; https://www.register-ed.com/programs/colorado/98-colorado-hunter-education-course Hunter education cards will be awarded to students upon successful completion of the course, which includes attending all class sessions and passing a written test and live fire. Rifles and ammunition for the live fire will be provided. No personal firearms are allowed. Though there is no age limit, we recommend that students be at least 10 years old to attend this class. All course materials are written at a 5th grade reading level. *** It's important to note that individuals with a felony conviction, which prevents legal firearm handling, cannot successfully complete the course. ***
